CASE MANAGER
Location: Day Support

Seeking energetic Case Manager for Day Service program which serves clients who have developmental disabilities, emotional disorders or are multi-challenged. Responsibilities include developing plans of care for clients, networking with community resources and collaborating with multiple agencies and families. Requires knowledge and skills to work with developmental disabled population. Also requires Bachelor's degree in Human Services or behavioral sciences field, and 2 years experience.
SPEECH SPECIALIST

Provide training &
supervision to teachers to assure speech & language strategies are integrated
with classroom instructional objectives & strategies. Provide general
direction for Speech Therapists & serve clients with a variety of speech
therapy needs through the identification of speech problems and design &
implementation of treatment plans. Masters degree in Speech & Language
Pathology + 2 yrs exp with relevant population. Must possess CCC, exp &
training in PECS & principles of ABA & knowledge of ASL. Proficient
with Microsoft Office.
PROGRAM MANAGER
Location: Mental Health

Experienced manager
needed to oversee daily aspects of Mental Health program serving adults
with mental health issues. Requires BS/BA degree in related field and 3
years experience in similar setting, including at least 1 year in supervision.
Knowledge of licensing & funding sources a plus. Must be able to work
effectively in a team model & have knowledge of the population. Must
have mature, sound decision making skills. Must have valid VA drivers’
license.
BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Assesses students’
academic, communication, and behavioral challenges from admission and continuing
throughout the child’s enrollment at Dooley School. Designs appropriate
interventions tailored to the individual student. Guides the work of teachers
and counselors in a team based environment. Develops and presents in-service
trainings to improve staff competencies in clinical and therapeutic interventions.
Meets with family members and relevant agencies to advise on student’s
progress and teach them techniques to continue growth outside the supported
setting. Coordinates treatment with all relevant resources. Implements the
ABA approach in support of the child’s needs. Advocates for the clients
and the Villa in the community. Requires MS degree, BCABA or BCBA, plus
2 years experience with children with autism. Must be knowledgeable of PECS,
ABLLS, IEPs. Requires computer literacy and excellent communication skills.

of students including coordination of overall services provided to clients
served within the program. Must be detail oriented, well organized, and
able to work independently, and possess child advocacy skills. Mature judgment,
excellent communication skills, maintain client files to meet all licenser
standards, coordinate development of plans, objective, methods and services
necessary for providing effective programs to individual clients. Bachelors
Degree in field related to Human Services a/or Behavior Sciences and at
least one-year experience working with special needs children in a related
setting. Knowledge of ABA methods is preferred.

provides licensed care and services for children ages 5 to 15 with emotional
and cognitive disabilities. Designs and implements services, provides clinical
direction and supervision to staff, works in the team model and uses collaborative
skills to build community partnerships and counsels individuals and families.
Must have knowledge of Medicaid Funding requirements. Requires licensure
in relevant field and two years experience with this position.
ASSISTANT TEACHER

Works in conjunction with other personnel, monitoring and supervising the learning of academic skills and socially acceptable behavior and values within the policies and procedures. Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience working with special needs children.
SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

Teaching position operates
on a psycho-education model; teachers lead classroom instruction and supervise
elementary students challenged with emotional disturbances and/or learning
disabilities. Requires Bachelors degree in Education or related field. Must
have valid Virginia teaching license and at least one year of experience
working with a relevant population.
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Position responsible for providing high-level support for the services, boards and executive staff by being a communication, coordination, resource development and support linkage between service and administrative functions. Specific task will vary based on the services’ needs. All work is performed within a systems-based framework and a psycho-educational model. Requires AA degree in business related field. BS/BA degree preferred. One year experience providing mid-level programmatic support. One year customer service experience preferred.
TREATMENT SPECIALIST

Provides clinical leadership
in a team model, develops the treatment program to include individual and
group counseling for abused and neglected children, joint supervision of staff,
and integration of the clinical and operational components of the service.
Must understand the crisis cycle and stabilization process and be able work
flexible hours. Master’s degree in human services field and excellent
written and communication skills required. License preferred, supervision
for licensure is provided.
CUSTODIAN

Responsible for general
cleaning and maintenance of a campus building that houses two of St. Joseph’s
Villa’s educational academies for children, working directly under the
Head of Academy, the Custodian will be specifically responsible for cleaning
floors, walls, furniture, white boards, bathrooms, kitchen and steam tables.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Report items (furniture, accessories
or facilities) that need repair or additional attention. Must be able to read
and write, lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, climb stairs as required
to perform assigned tasks.
PROGRAM MANAGER

The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing, staffing, evaluating, and managing the service in conjunction with the Director. Serves as a member of the Management Team and is involved in the operation of a residential program for children and adolescents with emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges. BA/BS degree preferably in a field related to Human Services. Master’s preferred. Requires three years related experience working with a relevant population in a related setting with one year of working in a supervisor’s capacity. Knowledge of management and coordination skills necessary for directing, implementing, and evaluating services. An awareness of needs of emotionally and socially challenged children. Ability to make independent decisions and establish an effective and harmonious working relationship between children, families and community. Excellent oral and written communication skills, competent with MS office. Must be able to work in and provide support for all staff in a service that operates 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Valid Virginia driver’s license with excellent driving record.

and behavioral supervision of students challenged with Asperger syndrome.
Requires Bachelors degree in Education or related field. Must have valid Virginia

population. Special Education must list endorsement.
