Our Staff
Kimberly Tucker,Senior Director of Family and Community Services has a BSW from Virginia Commonwealth University and a MSW from Boston University in Community Organizing, Management and Planning. Her experience includes six years at North Shore Community Action Programs as the Director of Community Outreach where she oversaw five direct service programs and facilitated all grant writing and the agency’s strategic planning process. During that time, Kimberly was actively involved with the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless as a board member and as the chair of the statewide Housing Committee. She served as a consultant to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, writing a successful $1million grant to the Centers for Disease Control for Lead Poisoning Prevention. She has also served as an administrator in several nonprofits in the areas of child abuse prevention, autism and teen pregnancy prevention.
She is currently the Senior Director of Family and Community Services for St. Joseph's Villa. In this role she oversees Flagler Home, Flagler Community Program, and also Hollybrook Apartments. She is an active participant with Homeward’s Service Provider Leadership Council and the Continuum of Care for homeless service providers.
Her volunteer work includes serving as the past President of the League of Women Voters in Methuen, MA, Vice President of the LWV in Richmond, VA, Chair of the Richmond Clean City Commission and President of Sherwood Park Civic Association.
