There are many ways to give that will change countless lives and secure the Villa’s future of service. For any method of giving you choose, please notify us of your planned gift so that we can ensure your intentions are honored and so we may include you in our Archway Society.

If you would like to make a planned gift for a designated purpose, please contact David Huffine, VP for Advancement, at 804-553-3220 or email to discuss your interests and ensure good stewardship of your gift.

Make a Bequest

Provide the following recommended language to your attorney when making a bequest through a will or codicil:

“I hereby give, devise, and bequeath to St Joseph’s Villa, 8000 Brook Road, Richmond, VA 23227, for its general purposes, all (or state a fraction or a percentage or a specific dollar amount) of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal.”

Make a Gift of Stock

Simply instruct your broker to transfer shares to the Villa’s brokerage. You may avoid capital gains taxes.
