How Do You Know if you need Outpatient Counseling Services?
Watching your child or loved one struggle at home, in school, and with friends is one of parenting’s hardest challenges. You want your child to thrive in life and achieve their potential. Unfortunately, various emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties could limit their functionality.

Compassionate therapists can help you work through and manage these challenges. In a supportive environment, clients gain valuable skills that equip them to cope with life issues.
Our clinicians strive to bring recovery, strength and resolution in a supportive environment. They offer practical and relevant approaches in a confidential atmosphere. A treatment plan can include clinicians facilitating sessions with family and significant others who may be important to the client and reaching individualized goals.
Immediate and/or traumatic issues do not need to be the sole focus of sessions. Counseling can help individuals understand how and why they feel, think and act. Clinicians can help them develop coping skills to navigate the obstacles they face.
With the client’s permission, clinicians can provide coordination of services with physicians, schools, families, and other service providers who offer additional support. Coordination ensures effective and seamless management of therapeutic services.
Eligibility for Outpatient Counseling Services is based on the client’s desire and need for services. St Joseph’s Villa Outpatient Counseling Services will verify and coordinate insurance eligibility and funding requirements.
