Employees may opt to contribute to the  Villa’s 403(b) plan through payroll deduction immediately upon hire. On the first of the calendar quarter after the employee meets the requirement of 1 year of service and 1000 hours worked, the Villa will match employee contributions up to 5% of employee’s earnings. Employees are 100% vested in these contributions.

OneAmerica, our retirement vendor, offers Villa employees several investment choices. Our employees may divide their contributions among these funds or select a single fund to receive contributions. Investment choices are not permanent. Changes in fund choices can be made at any time.
